SHIPPING

AUSTRALIA ~

All items will be shipped via Australia post.

All standard and express orders placed will be sent within 2 business days. 

Once your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you that will allow you to track each step of your delivery.

STANDARD shipping is $10AUD for all orders

Delivery between 3-7 business days

EXPRESS shipping is $15, or free for orders over $300AUD

Delivery between 1-2 business days

INTERNATIONAL ~

All international items are shipped via DHL.

Once your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you that will allow you to track each step of your delivery.

INTERNATIONAL shipping is $40AUD for all orders

RETURNS

If for any reason you are unhappy with the product you may return your order for a refund or credit within 7 business days of receiving.

Returned items must be unused and unwashed in original packaging.

To submit a return please email hello@terrstore.com with your order number, and you will be provided with instructions for return. 

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Returns that are damaged or show signs of use will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your purchase please email hello@terrstore.com with your original order number, product/s and style request and we will do our best to exchange for your desired product, pending availability. 

Please note return postage for returns or exchanges are the buyers responsibility. We recommend you use a service that offers tracking to avoid any problems. TERRE is not responsible for loss or damage of items in transit.

FAULTY ITEMS

If receive an item with a manufacturer defect please email hello@terrstore.com and provide us with a brief description and upload a photo or two showing the defect/fault.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 1 month of purchase. please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect product care are not considered to be faulty.
